1. Success Stories of Anti-Static Plastic Bags
Static electricity can cause fires and accidents in workplaces handling highly flammable substances. By using anti-static plastic bags, it is possible to make it difficult for static electricity to accumulate, thus preventing fires and accidents caused by static electricity.

For example, in chemical product manufacturers, it is common to handle highly flammable substances such as organic solvents and flammable gases, so anti-static measures are crucial.

By using anti-static plastic bags, these substances can be transported and stored safely.

In cleanrooms, measures to prevent foreign matter contamination are necessary to maintain product quality.

Static electricity attracts foreign substances such as dust and debris to the film, which can cause contamination in cleanrooms.

Using anti-static plastic bags makes it difficult for static electricity to accumulate, thus preventing foreign matter contamination.

Specific success stories include the following:

A chemical product manufacturer successfully prevented fire accidents caused by static electricity by introducing anti-static plastic bags.
A semiconductor manufacturer introduced anti-static plastic bags to prevent foreign matter contamination in cleanrooms, contributing to improved product quality.
A medical device manufacturer successfully prevented contamination of medical devices and protected patient safety by introducing anti-static plastic bags.
Anti-static plastic bags are used for static control in various industries. The demand for anti-static plastic bags is expected to increase in the future to prevent accidents and troubles caused by static electricity.

2. Life in the Philippines Diary
This month, I would like to talk about a business traveler from Japan.

The other day, an employee from our head office came to the Philippines on a business trip to provide technical guidance on manufacturing.

It was the first time in four years for this employee to visit the Philippines, and they were surprised at how much the streets of the Philippines had changed.

In particular, they said that the atmosphere of the city had changed significantly with the completion of shopping malls and condominiums that had been under construction for a long time.

Come to think of it, urbanization has progressed further in the Philippines in recent years, and new buildings are being built one after another.

In addition, they were disappointed that due to the weak yen and price increases, Starbucks coffee is not much different in price from Japan.

They also felt sad that their favorite stores had disappeared due to changes caused by the corona pandemic.

The employee visited Santa Rosa, Makati, and BGC, and wherever they went, they felt nostalgic and reminisced about the past.

Listening to the employee’s stories, I realized once again how much the Philippines has changed.

By visiting places you haven’t been to in a long time, you can notice various changes in the atmosphere of the city and people, and the sense of daily life.

Thanks to this business trip, I was able to look back on the past myself, and it was a good learning experience.
