Why We Recommend Custom-Made
When it comes to choosing packaging materials, we often recommend custom-made options.

This is because “by proposing custom-made packaging materials, we can offer solutions that address specific problems.”

By suggesting the optimal plastic bags and film products, we provide packaging material consultation that solves your problems and addresses your specific needs.

1. Freedom to Choose Materials, Thickness, Dimensions, etc.

Ready-made standard products have characteristics that cater to “popular” demands. For industrial and professional materials, these standard characteristics often do not satisfy all requirements. In such cases, custom-made options are chosen.

2. Reduced Costs

This may come as a surprise, but costs can be reduced. The minimum manufacturing quantity becomes the economic lot (lowest price), resulting in a lower procurement price per sheet than ready-made standard products.

3. Stable Quality

We conduct optimal quality control for each project, ensuring stable quality. We also perform special management and inspections, particularly for high-spec products.

4. Printing is Possible

As a general rule, standard products cannot be printed. When printing on film products such as plastic bags, the raw material film is printed beforehand, and then formed into a bag shape (bag making). We have detailed know-how in printing and propose the most suitable method.

5. Avoid Over-specification and Under-specification

We prevent over-specification (higher costs) and under-specification (lack of functionality), which are common with ready-made standard products.

6. Stable Supply

Compared to standard products where specifications and sizes may change depending on popularity, custom-made products can be supplied consistently and stably. Stable delivery is particularly important for industrial and professional use.

7. Easy Ordering, Reliable Expertise

With over 50 years of experience in the packaging material industry, we propose the optimal packaging materials to solve your problems. You don’t need to be an expert.

2. Life in the Philippines Diary
In this issue, I will talk about traveling abroad.

Recently, we haven’t been hearing the term “coronavirus” much in the Philippines. Entry restrictions to other countries have been relaxed, and the number of countries that can be visited without quarantine, even without vaccination, has increased.

I hear more and more stories about Japanese people working in the Philippines traveling abroad, such as to Thailand and Hong Kong. The perception that corona = overseas travel is a hassle (due to the need for quarantine and negative certificates) is fading.

From the Philippines, you can travel to Southeast Asian countries in about 2 to 4 hours, so you can enjoy overseas travel more easily than traveling from Japan. Furthermore, airfares are coming down, making the environment for overseas travel even more accessible.

Therefore, I am thinking of taking this opportunity to go to a Southeast Asian country during a three-day weekend. There are many attractive countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Vietnam.

I haven’t decided where to go yet, but I would like to go to a country with delicious food and tourist attractions.
