1. Anti-Rust Bags: Protecting Metal Products During Storage and Maritime Transport
When storing or transporting metal products overseas, anti-rust measures are necessary to prevent rust from forming.

The conventional anti-rust method involved applying grease or anti-rust oil to the surface of the metal to suppress rust formation.

However, this method requires the processes of “applying anti-rust oil” and “wiping off anti-rust oil,” leading to issues with labor and high costs.

Anti-rust bags are characterized by their ability to prevent rust, but they also offer three significant cost advantages:

Eliminates the need to apply anti-rust oil.
Eliminates the need to wash off anti-rust oil.
Provides anti-rust effects even in fine areas where it is difficult to apply anti-rust oil.
Anti-rust bags incorporate a volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) into the film. The VCI fills the sealed space within the bag and dissolves into the electrolyte layer formed on the metal surface, suppressing chemical reactions and preventing rust.

Anti-rust bags are a high-end product when considered as just a plastic bag. However, they not only prevent rust but also provide an anti-rust effect simply by placing the items inside, reducing labor. Due to their high-performance features, they are a cost-effective product.

At our company, we offer samples for you to try out and make a satisfying product selection. If you are considering anti-rust plastic bags, please contact us!

2. Life in the Philippines Diary
This month, I returned to Japan for a short visit.

It felt comfortable and nostalgic to be back in Japan after a long time. The first thing that surprised me when I returned to Japan was the price increase. Compared to a year ago when I last returned, the food at convenience stores seemed to have increased in price by about 20-30%.

The days when you could buy an onigiri for 105 yen were gone. In particular, eating out seems to be much more expensive than before.

I also experienced the sauna, which has become a boom in recent years. A friend invited me, saying, “It feels good to be ‘totonou’ in the sauna,” so I went.

A sauna is a high-temperature room with a temperature of 80-100 degrees Celsius (176-212 degrees Fahrenheit). Sweating in the sauna helps to eliminate waste products from the body and promote blood circulation.

I actually experienced the sauna → cold bath → outdoor air bath cycle. While taking the outdoor air bath, my head felt clear and my mind became calm. I was surprised by the feeling of “totonou” in the sauna, which I experienced for the first time.

I heard that there are saunas in the Philippines, so I would like to go to one.

Returning to Japan, I was able to realize the goodness of Japan once again. I would like to enjoy Japan to the fullest if I have the opportunity to return again.
