◆Diary of Philippine Life

The first delivery of the Corona disaster to the Philippines

In January, I was restricted from entering the country due to the corona mutation strain,
I was not able to return to the Philippines

However, since February 1, foreigners with certain visas have been able to enter the Philippines.
foreigners with certain visas can also enter the Philippines,
I was able to return to the Philippines on February 2.

This was when I departed from Kansai Airport,
There were almost no people in the airport,
The airport was deserted.

The flight information was very clear,
According to the flight information, there were only three international flights a day,
The scenery of the airport was completely different from the one filled with tourists before Corona.
I felt very sad.

Even though the airport was empty,
It took me two hours to check in for my flight.

The airport staff and passengers were not impressed with the new documents that will be required after February 1.

90% of the passengers on the plane were Filipino OFWs
(overseas migrant workers) and the remaining 10% were Japanese.

Once I arrive at the Manila airport, I will be quarantined in a hotel for 7 days and 6 nights, so I will take a cab to the hotel.
After arriving at the hotel, you are not allowed to go out at all.

I had never experienced being quarantined in a room before in my life, so I felt half fresh and half anxious,
I was half fresh and half anxious.

Although I was not allowed to go out, I was able to enjoy my meals with Grab Food and other delivery services.
I was able to order food from Grab Food and other delivery services, so I was able to enjoy a comfortable diet.

On the last day of quarantine, I had an appointment for a PCR test,
The test was negative, so I was able to return home.
I was able to return to my home.

After that, there were no follow-up tests or troublesome reports,
