At our company, we often recommend custom-made solutions when it comes to choosing packaging materials.
The reason is that “by proposing custom-made packaging materials, we can offer problem-solving proposals.”
By suggesting the optimal poly bags and film products, we provide packaging consultations that solve your problems and address your specific needs.
Freedom to Choose Materials, Thickness, Dimensions, etc.
Ready-made standard products are designed with “popular” product characteristics in mind. For industrial applications and professional-grade materials, the standard specifications often do not meet all requirements, which is why custom-made options are chosen.
Cost Reduction
It may be surprising, but custom-made options can be more cost-effective. The minimum manufacturing quantity becomes the economic lot (lowest price), resulting in a lower procurement cost per unit than ready-made standard products.
Stable Quality
We implement optimal quality control for each project, ensuring stable quality. Especially for high-spec products, we conduct special management and inspections.
Printing
In principle, printing cannot be done on standard products. When printing on poly bags or other film products, we print on the raw film material beforehand and then form it into a bag shape. There is detailed know-how involved in printing, and we will propose the most suitable method.
Avoid Over-Specification and Under-Specification
We prevent over-specification (leading to higher prices) or under-specification (lack of functionality), which are common with ready-made standard products.
Stable Supply
Compared to standard products whose specifications and sizes may change depending on popularity, custom-made products can be continuously and stably supplied. In particular, stable delivery is required for industrial applications and professional use.
Easy Ordering, Reliable Expertise
With over 50 years of experience in the packaging material industry, we will propose the optimal packaging materials to solve your problems. You don’t need to be an expert.

2. Philippine Life Diary
In this issue, I will talk about my visit to Taal Volcano in Tagaytay.
Just the other day, as the volcano’s alert level has been lowered, I visited Taal Volcano in Tagaytay, a tourist destination in the Philippines.
However, since the eruption occurred in January last year, we couldn’t enter the volcano itself. So, we spent some time at a nearby cafe with a panoramic view of the volcano.
Looking at the volcano, the first thing that came to mind was cleaning up the volcanic ash at the Laguna factory. At that time, about 5 cm of volcanic ash had accumulated around the factory like snow. It was very difficult, with cleaning efforts and power outages.
Since coming to the Philippines, I haven’t been able to go out as much as I’d like due to COVID-19, and I haven’t done any sightseeing at all, so it was nice to finally have some relaxing time.
I chose the cafe solely based on its view of the volcano, so the food wasn’t very good. Next time, I’ll do my research properly before visiting.
In the Philippines, the quarantine restrictions are becoming stricter again due to the increasing trend of the Delta variant. I hope that we can return to our normal lives soon and travel freely again.
